From a 16" wide plank of old growth teak I cut out a Texas board, then wire brushed it to give it a nice rustic texture, but still smooth to the touch.Brushing up on my elementary school geometry skills I made a 4 hole pattern. Routing the wells into the face of the board for some tumblers, and a nice profile on the edge.
Then sanding,
and sanding,
and sanding,
and oiling,
and oiling,
and polishing,
and polishing.
Still more polishing.
